Lighthouse Dispatch — Dispatch Reporting System

This is a custom-built reporting platform designed to replace manual Excel and email-based dispatch reporting.

The goal was to create a centralized system where clients can easily access real-time dispatch reports, review performance, and communicate with the team without relying on scattered messages or outdated files.

We built a platform where reports are delivered as a structured packet through a single link, allowing clients to view updates, track errors, review audit videos, and collaborate directly within the system, reducing human error and improving overall workflow.
